Maria Sharapova Take Away From Stanford Due To Left Arm Injury

Maria Sharapova withdraws after doctor advice due to her left injury according to the twitter post.

Sharapova played her first US match at the hardcourt event in Stanford California.

She said, end of the Monday match, I feel pain in my left arm. The doctor has suggested me I don’t want to take the further risk of injury.

The former world one from Russian not played since 2015, before serving a 15 month for the use of meldonium.

Monday night is so special and I wish I can continue playing but I have to make a decision.

She also explained her supporters that her cheers meant a good deal. I feel to hug everyone and this is my first match after a long time. It is the very closest thing for me.

The 30 year returns to competition in April, but her comeback upset by a hip injury which takes away from the Wimbledon qualifying.

After her match, she said, I am playing against everyone.
