Shab e Qadr the blessing night Allah gives order to Angels

Shab e Qadr is the most blessing night. Allah has provided with this unique opportunity to the Muslims so that they could raise them in righteousness.

The qadr means Destiny. Because  Allah (God) decides the fates of the people and nations at this night. Similarly, The Shab e Qadr resembles with the Shabaan 15th night (Shab e Barat).

Allah makes the decisions about the fate of the people, distribution of the prosperity and chalks out the plan of the next year in Shab e Barat. But, who will carry out what order? Allah assigns the relevant angels their task in Shab e Qadr.

For example, Mikael angel will take care of matter relating to fortune etc. And Izrael angel will carry out the orders of the death in the coming year.

The Arab used the word “Alif” not only for one thousand but also to refer greater number. Therefore, Shab e Qadr might allude to the much greater benefits. The night should not mean only thousand nights.

The Holy Prophet once mentioned a believer in the Israel, who was a great worshipper. The Holy Prophet said, “The believer used to do JIHAD (strive in the way of Allah) for one thousand months. He worshiped throughout the nights for one thousand months.”

The Holy Prophet and the companions wished they could also do the same. But the lives of the men were not so long. At this junction, Allah (God) revealed the Surah Qadr.

Allah has announced that anyone who will worship this night will get a greater reward. He said to the Muslims to search for this night in Ramadan month.

The Holy Quran was sent down in the night of Qadr.

Allah sent down the entire book (the Holy Quran) at one night of Qadr month. Allah sent the Holy Quran from the “Loh e Mehfooz” (Preserved Tablet) to the first Heaven. Then, He moved the verses of the Holy Quran from the first Heaven to the heart of the Holy Prophet.

Allah saved the Holy Quran from “Loh e Mehfooz” to “Rab ul Izzat”. Rab ul Izzat is the name of the first Heaven we see from our naked eye.

The Muslims seek Allah’s blessings from sunset till sunrise. They recite the Holy Quran throughout the night. And they also perform prayers in different numbers. Therefore, they do repent and ask for pardon.

Shab e Qadr more than thousand month

Hazrat Aysha narrates, “Look for the Laila tul Qadr in the odd nights of the last week in the month of Ramadan”.

The Holy Prophet told to Hazrat Aysha (His wife) the prayer to do in the night. “Allah huma innaka  Affoo tuhibu Alafoo Faafu anni”

Oh Lord! Thou art the most forgiver, so, forgive me.

The Shab e Qadr refers as the night of Power. The angel Jibreel (Gabriel) revealed in the heart of the Holy Prophet on Monday of the Ramadan month. The Holy Quran was sent down from the Heaven in the heart of the Holy Prophet on different occasions.

Allah has used the word “ALAF” which reflects thousand. However, Allah has not used the word for Shab e Qadr in its literary meaning. He used the word ALAF to represent many many thousands. Simply speaking it means countless.

Nevertheless, if someone says that he has prayed for one thousand months. It means he has done ibadat for eighty-three (83) years and four months. So, it is even not the less amount of reward.

But Allah says, “He would give much more reward than the thousand month ibadat.” The angels come down the earth in groups and pray for those who are doing Ibadat at Shab e Qadr.
