You can make at home by following a simple method.


  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Sugar 250 grams
  • Khoya 250 grams
  • Clarified Butter 250 grams
  • Cardamom 6
  • Zafran ½ tsp
  • Kewra ½ tsp
  • Orange food color ½ tsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Almonds/Pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Coconut 2tbsp
  • Asharfiyan 2 tbsp
  1. Take boil ½ kg rice in one pan and include the ½ tsp orange food color and then mesh. Then take another pan and heat 250 grams butter and mix into the 6cardamoms. When aroma arises from the cardamoms then mix into the 250 grams sugar as well as1/2 cup of the water
  2. meanwhile, When the sauce becomes cook then mix other ingredients like ½ tablespoon Safran, 2 tablespoon Asha RFI yan, 2 tablespoon raisins, 1 tablespoon coconut, 250 grams khoya, 2 tablespoon almonds and pistachios and ½ tablespoon kewra in rice.  lastly, Cover the pan and then leave it for some minute. Wonderful special zarda khoya is ready for eat.
